New Patient Certification
$89For patients who are new to medical cannabis and need an initial written certification.
- A ~15–20 minute telehealth visit to review your health history and qualifying condition
- Discussion of whether medical cannabis is an appropriate treatment option for you
- A written certification, if appropriate, submitted using your MCA Patient ID
- Guidance on next steps for purchasing from a licensed dispensary
Certification Renewal
$69For existing patients whose certification is approaching expiration or has already expired.
- A focused follow-up visit to confirm your condition and treatment are still well matched
- Updated written certification — whether you're renewing early or your previous one has already lapsed
- A chance to discuss how your treatment has been working since your last visit
